The Possibility of Joining the Network News to Analyze of the Causes of the Serious Traffic Accident – Case Report Of 0213 Accident

Abstract

The progress of information and communication technology could facilitate the people obtaining the various information from network. And because the network community is boundless on the website, the individuals can quickly announces the opinions, experience or knowledge invloving the social issue, via the various platforms. The popular subject is presented by the diverse faces. Although the identification of road traffic accidents is a professional field, traffic is the most common and established field of life experience that people come in contact with. A serious traffic accident will strongly impact on the society, and attract a lot of public opinion, not limited to Taiwan area. The study aims at the serious bus traffic accidents, at 20:57 on February 13th, 2017, at Freeway No. 5 northward lane of the Nangang System Interchange. The keywords search in Google and other two search engines, found thirty-two website citation left after inspected. Some pages contain live photos, driving video records and other case information. The research focused on the establishment of hot spots, looking for evidence to support the facts, analysis of the possible causes of the accident, and further explain or discuss. The conclusions are following: the content of the network news is not unbelievable, unfasten the seat belt may be the cause of the accident, and the importance of physical evidence. This report is expected to provide the valuable information to the investigation community.
